What is a good waterproof and breathability rating for a jacket?
If you’re looking for something highly waterproof, you want to go for a 10,000mm waterproof rating jacket. When it comes to the breathability rating, 10,000-15,000 g/m2 is plenty for moderate to high levels of exercise.
